Radley S/S 2013 Press Day – Rainbow Bright!

December 3rd, 2012

It was a feast of colour and the gorgeous scent of leather was in the air last Wednesday when I attended the Radley S/S 2013 Press day. As a huge fan of the brand I was really excited to see the new colours and shapes that will be appearing in stores in the Spring.

Radley is known for great quality designs and of course, for that cute dog, but lately the cute but twee dog has been taking a backward step as the brand have embraced High Fashion and retro designs. The Laura Bailey range, in particular, is a retro feast that will make you think of Stylish ladies of yesteryear travelling on the Orient Express festooned in tweed and furs.

The bags really speak for themselves. Take a look.

    Love. The colours are lovely.

Never been a fan, but the bright colours might change my mind. I always think of that dog, but this stuff seems to be different, more modern.

  3. Not normally a Radley fan to be honest. There is so much competition now in the handbag/accessories arena. Whether, bespoke, high street or famous brands. I dont think Radley has kept pace with design or style. But obviously they have a dedicated following.

I used to think the same, always thought of that silly dog. But I fell in love with this collection. Lots of soft leather, great designs and beautiful colours. Very different.x
