This week has been a bumper one for Pippa Middleton watchers. She has been spotted out and about not once, but three times this week, and each time she has been wearing a great dress. The rise and rise of Pippa Middleton appears to be gathering pace with her unveiled as the cover girl for the August Edition of Tatler.
