1000mg CBD Tincture vs. 2000mg CBD Oil Drops – What Should You Choose for Your CBD Product

If you have been using CBD. Products for any amount of time, then maybe there was a certain one that you started to use, but after a few weeks of following the directions, felt as though you were not really getting any type of benefit from it.  If this has happened to you and you wondered why you were not able to feel the effects of it, there is a good chance that the product was not necessarily as strong as what the label on it may have implied.

When it comes to using CBD products, especially if you are a new user, it can be very common to find yourself struggling to try and figure out what the strength of the CBD product you wish to take should really be, especially when the only information you have is going to be whatever is on the label.  Many times, the labels will simply not be as straight forward as you would think when it comes to reading how many milligrams of CBD are really in the product. Here is what you need to know about the different strengths of CBD.

Different CBD Strengths

When it comes to trying to find the right CBD oil for sale that has the right amount of CBD to truly benefit your body, it is going to be a little bit of trial and error on your part.  However, with a little bit of patience and some practice, you will be able to find the perfect product within the correct amount of CBD that will be able to help you find that ‘happy point’, in only a few days of starting to incorporate it into your daily regimen.

  • Mild Strength CBD:  This is going to include CBD products that contain anywhere between 150mg to 500 mg.
  • Moderate Strength CBD:  This is going to include all of the CBD products that contain between 500mg and 1000mg.
  • Severe CBD Products:  This will include those CBD products that contain between 1000mg and 1500mg.

Deciding How Much CBD You Need to Take

As with any new supplement, it is highly recommended that you always start with less.  The old saying that ‘less is more’, is going to be very true whenever you are trying to figure out how much CBD you should be taking on a daily basis.  Essentially, it is going to be best if you are able to start with the smallest serving size that is possible, which will allow you to gage how your body reacts and how it makes you feel.  This will also allow your body a chance to get used to the new product before you began to increase your dosage amount.

Once you have done this, you can then start to increase how much CBD you are taking on a regular daily basis until you get to the correct dosage that you should be taking.  Just be sure that you never start with the highest dosage first, as your body is not yet used to CBD prodcuts.
