Make Up Solutions with QVS Beauty
A wise old saying goes that ‘a workman is only as good as his tools’, and for me the same is true when it comes to cosmetics. So many people buy expensive, exquisite brands of make up, only to apply it with the same old, let’s face it, rather manky make up brushes and tools they have been using, and probably not cleaning, for years. QVS Beauty, who make a brilliant range of affordable make up tools recently found, in a survey, that only 61% of us clean our brushes once a month, so imagine the build up of make up, grime and bacteria as we use the brushes again and again without cleaning them.
If this is you, then maybe it is time to treat yourself to some new tools. And once again, I am turning to QVS Beauty, a brand you may have seen in on your supermarket travels as they are stocked in Asda and Tesco. QVS Beauty brushes start from just £5, and they also stock a range of beauty essentials that range from exfoliating gloves to tweezers and eyelash curlers. Each tool comes in a clear packet that can then be used to store the tool, and also has good instructions for the use and care of the tool.
The brushes in particular are very good quality. They have wooden handles with metal casing, and the brushes are super soft, with the foundation and blusher brush having nylon bristles, and the powder brush having natural bristles. The brushes are lovely, and a very stylish addition to any make up bag or dressing table.
QVS have a really good and affordable range that extends beyond make up brushes. This includes both slant and square edged tweezers and a set of eyelash curlers that come with an extra set of silicon pads and yet cost less than a fiver. I also love the exfoliation gloves that are super quality and work so well with a salt scrub.

I’ve just recently bought a new pack of brushes, otherwise I could have considered buying these. I’ll keep them in mind next time when I choose for makeup shopping.

I didn’t realise QVS had their own range of brushes. I’m always looking to add new ones to my collection so I’ll check these out next time I’m in Asda.

I always think brushes are so expensive so it’s nice to hear of a more budget range

Eeww I can’t believe so few people wash their makeup tools regularly. I’m on the hunt for new brushes, thanks for the recommendations.
