Outfit post – April
Yes, I know it is almost the end of May, but outfit posts are always something that I forget, and then suddenly remember, usually at four in the morning. So here we are looking back on the busy month of April, which started with a mini holiday, and ended with a couple of Theatre press nights.
April was a month where the weather was changeable, hence the abundance of long sleeves, dresses which still needed to be teamed with tights, and the need for jackets and my trusty Primark khaki mac, which was first seen last month and has been a fabulous buy (already worn to death, so for £15 – a total no brainer.)
Again I am shopping my wardrobe on the whole, with a few new pieces added in. I think this proves that if you buy classic and versatile pieces, you will get far more wear out of them than if you buy strictly fashion pieces.
What have you been wearing this Spring? Have you invested in any new pieces, or have you been shopping your wardrobe and recycling favourite pieces from the past?

Wow I love your wardrobe, so many gorgeous and varied outfits! I especially love your school run outfit, so different to my jeans and trainers combo! I tend to recycle clothes and I agree with you about investing in classic pieces which will last.

I always enjoy these posts, it’s great to see what people are wearing. I love the black skirt-is it leather or faux leather? It’s gorgeous either way.

I’m a massive fan of perusing charity shops. You can ofen pick up some amazing finds (like the £10 leather jacket I spotted a while back – it’s one of my fave items of clothing). Plus you know they’re going to get all the money for good causes, unlike clothes collection companies. Tx
