After a look at menswear featured at the Arcadia Spring/Summer Press day in yesterday’s post, today I’m moving onto ladieswear,starting with Wallis. There were shades of Stella McCartney and Mary Ann Kantrantzou in the beautiful,vibrant prints of the Wallis Spring/Summer collection. Green, orange and pink bouquet shades were the order of the day, with bright prints being married to pleats to make wonderfully floaty skirts, both midi and maxi lengths. The mood echoed the 1930s, maxi dresses and wide leg palazzo pants are a definite style story, whilst lace is still around in the form of teadresses.
