Children’s charity Newlife is launching a very special initiative starting from tomorrow. Called ‘Hat Week’ . anyone buying a hat could be in with a chance of winning a winter wardrobe of goodies at the Newlife SuperStore in Cannock. Thanks to generous retail donors, Newlife has received a bumper batch of new hats and is now offering the opportunity for anyone buying a hat, next week, to be entered into a free draw to complete their winter wardrobe. Newlife and Schuh team up again for ‘Sell your Soles’.
Do you remember last year when I told you all about the collaboration between Schuh and Newlife, the leading children’s disability charity? To recap, you could take your old shoes into the Sunderland branch of Schuh, who would exchange them for a £10 voucher. The old shoes were then donated to Newlife, who would either sell them or recycle them to raise much needed funds for life saving equipment and support for sick and terminally ill children across the Uk. The scheme proved to be amazingly successful, with 3,000 pairs of shoes being donated in a four week period. So, the scheme is now being rolled out again and this…

Newlife fight the recession with £1 bargains
My favourite charity organisation Newlife are spoiling us again. They have added a purse friendly range of items that cost just£1 to their ‘Newlife at Home’ store. There are £1 items in their menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, along with small items for the home. In addition, a £1 range of shoes and bags is soon to be added.
