Everyone needs a versatile dress in Summer
What would your definition of a versatile dress be? For me, it is something that I want to have in my wardrobe because I will get lots of wear out of it, for lots of different occasions. It is a failsafe dress, one that doesn’t really need a lot of thought – you can just thrown it on. And, of course, it is super flattering and comfortable, a dress I feel good wearing. The ex White Stuff Mauve Mist printed summer dress from High Street Outlet is the latest versatile dress added to my wardrobe. It has already had three wears, all for different occasions, and I know it will…

Introducing High Street Outlet
This week, a lovely lady called Julie got in touch with my via the medium of Twitter (how did we ever live without it?) to see if I was interested in hearing a little more about her company and possibly reviewing some of the products they sell. The company is High Street Outlet, and a quick look around the website made me very interested in both the concept and the stock it sells. You know when you have one of those ‘How much?’ moments, but in a good way? Well High Street Outlet gives you those moments time and time again. The reason for this is simple. How would you…

White Stuff have skirts all sewn up this season.
I was recently given the opportunity to review my first White Stuff skirt. Being a huge fan of their fun and flirty dresses I was really interested to see if they could convert this avid dress wearer to the joys of wearing skirts. I do have skirts in my wardrobe, but tend to pass them over as I carry my weight on my stomach and often think waistbands draw attention to this. However, I had totally fallen in love with Helsinki midi skirt from the Apothecary’s daughter collection, so I was happy to give it a go. The Helsinki midi skirt is basically the perfect Winter skirt. An elegant pencil…

Frederiksberg from White Stuff
We may be in the Middle of Summer, (and something that resembles Monsoon season at the moment) but the first Autumn drops are already starting to appear in shops and online. One of my favourite of the new collections is from High Street independent White Stuff. White Stuff have embraced the coming of Autumn with their first Autumn collection. ‘Frederiksberg’. This is a collection inspired by Scandinavian prints and textiles, but that doesn’t mean that you are going to be walking around resembling an Ikea sofa. Eather, there are graphic prints, florals and butterflies on graphic paper backgrounds and large, Orla Kiely style polka dot prints on tops with cute…

So Glad and Very – The latest collection from White Stuff
‘So glad and Very’ is the sister collection to the White Stuff mainline range, an exquisite, beautiful collection that this season has been inspired by flora and fauna. The range, entitled Botanica, is adorned with all the elements of spring, pretty buds and leaves, blossom and flowers, in a rainbow of colours designed to add summer brightness to your wardrobe. The dresses in this collection are great stand out pieces, perfect for a day at the races, or for a summer wedding. I love the Fleur De Lis dress with it’s gorgeous coral china print, and the Momette dress with the soft shape and tie belt. In fact, the whole…
