Lindex Autumn Fashion Faves

Autumn is a lovely time for updating your wardrobe, by adding a few, well chosen pieces that can mix and match with what you already own. Lindex is a brilliant destination for stylish, affordable clothing, and this season it is most definitely all about the skirt.

I like clothing that can earn its keep by being versatile. This can be pieces that can be dressed up or dressed down, working for both day and night. I love tops that can be just as good with jeans as they look with a pretty skirt. Skirts that work with boots in Winter, or sandals in Summer. Fashion will always be seasonal, but style spans the seasons and is totally transitional.

Lindex always looks towards style and longevity when it comes to their collections. In this post I am focusing on two pieces which are part of their current Autumn/Winter collection.

T-shirt with bows

I love an oversized t-shirt. Great for casual days, for wearing with jeans or shorts, t-shirts are comfy and great for a more casual look. But the Lindex T-shirt with bows, which comes in black and crisp white, is also super pretty due to the addition of lots of silky bows.

This t-shirt feels great on, the quality is second to none due to the use of organic cotton, and it washes well too, without losing its shape.  I chose to wear this in a size large, as I wanted the choice of wearing it tucked in, or worn loose, depending on what I chose to wear it with.

Maxi skirt in lace

You may have already noticed the exquisitely beautiful skirt I am wearing in the images above. This skirt is also a piece from Lindex A/W 25 collection, this is the maxi skirt in lace. This piece is just stunning, the waistband is elasticated which makes it truly comfortable to wear, it has a hidden side zip, and the length more of a midi length on me. (I’m 5ft 7 for reference.)

The skirt is a light beige shade, which helps to give this a monochrome feel when worn with black. Part of the skirt is blocked with a lining, so it is an easy skirt to wear – it’s not one of those skin flashing red carpet moments, but actually a really comfortable, wearable style.

I like this top worn tucked in with this top, but you can easily wear it more casually by wearing the t-shirt loose. It certainly allows for an extra dessert worn that way.
