Pippa Middleton is the style star we most want to be

According to a poll by MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk , Pippa Middleton has the style we would most like to steal.  Taking the crown from poor Cheryl Cole (who seems to be loosing everything these days!), the Pippa effect has seen Kate’s little sister go from little known girl about town to a style icon whose High Street style is now being much copied and commented on. Unlike Kate, whose appearances since the wedding have been limited to just two glimpses (one of those being in Waitrose!) Pippa has been a highly visible fashion force. Nicknamed ‘Her Royal Hotness’ by the press, her high-end High Street wardrobe, featuring clothes from French Connection, Reiss…

Style Icon of the Month – Fan Bing Bing

Fan Bing Bing is my nomination for style icon of the month after she wore a series of stunning looks at the Cannes film festival. I confess to not being that knowledgable about the lovely Chinese actress and singer, but what I do know is that every time she appears on the red carpet I gasp in astonishment. She always looks completely immaculate, perfectly groomed, and wears the most knock out outfits imaginable. This Cannes season she wore a series of beautiful looks from the likes of Oscar De La Renta, Louis Vuitton, Elie Saab and Atelier Versace. Beautiful hairstyles that mark Fan as the Queen of reinvention complimented each…

There were numerous awards ceremonies, from the Billboard music awards, the National Movie awards and The television Baftas. And Fashion-Mommy wrote her first piece for the Express and Star blog – hopefully the…

A gorgeous ‘Flutterby’ opened the…
