New Diana dress auction – rarely seen pieces!
Every year seems to bring a new slew of auctions selling the dresses of the late Diana, Princess of Wales. This year has seen Kerry Taylor auctions selling a range of dresses once belonging to the style icon, including a copy of the famous revenge dress. She may now be a real life Duchess, and wife to the second in line to the British throne no less, but Kate, Duchess of Cambridge remains the Queen of the British High street. Today, fresh from her honeymoon in the Seychelles, and looking tanned and gorgeous, she made her first official appearance since her wedding when she met the Obama’s during their visit to Buckingham Palace. The Cannes film festival is at an end, and this year has been more starry than ever. Brad and Angelina, best actress winner Kirsten Dunst, Penelope Cruz and Johnny Depp, Uma Thurman, Gwen Stefani..the list has been a-list all the way. And the clothes have been amazing – some amazingly bad if truth be told. Here is the final Cannes fashion round-up.
