Spartoo bring in the red, white and blue
Nobody could’ve failed to notice that there is a certain sporting event going on at the moment, an event that seems to be sending everyone a little TEAM GB crazy. The only colours to be seen wearing at the moment are red, white and blue – in whatever combination. Duchess Kate wears Roksanda Ilincic to the Royal Academy
The Duchess of Cambridge summer wardrobe of style continued today, with two appearances by Kate, at the equestrian event to support Zara Philips (who was superb by the way…), and then at an event at The Royal Academy she wore a beautiful dress by one of my favourite designers, Roksanda Ilincic. But first to the equestrian ground. Kate was in casual mode, wearing the gorgeous Smythe blazer that we first saw during the tour of Canada last summer. Paloma Faith brings her retro glamour to the Torch relay
Who else would roll up those trousers of the special torch relay tracksuit, put a 1940s style roll to the hair, and then add a rather gorgeous, totally glamorous but dangerously high pair of red platforms to carry the Olympic torch? It could only be that beautifully eccentric goddess Paloma Faith of course. Paloma never does anything less than full on glamour, and the torch relay proved to be no exception.
