Shopping For Seasonal Bargains

Tis the season to be jolly, but did you know it is also the season to grab a late bargain? Yes Christmas may only be a couple of weeks away, but December is fast becoming the month to get a bargain. And whether you are looking to treat yourself, or a loved one, finding items for your home, or even for your garden, there are lots of great deals out there for you to find.

Here are a few of the bargains I have found this month so far.

For the Home

We have been looking at a range of deals on items such as sofas and cheap microwaves. We found our sofa at Sofaology, where you can spread the cost at O%APR at the moment, which may be useful if all your current funds are earmarked for Christmas. In terms of cheap microwaves,I’ve been using sites like LatestDeals.co.uk to find bargains, they offer a great way to track down current deals, we chose a Breville model with a current saving of more than £140, a real bargain.

Christmas Advent Deals

The internet, twitter and Facebook have been full of advent deals, with most having a daily deal that offers a great saving. In the last few days I have taken advantage of offers from Terraces which stocks designer labels, getting a long sleeved polo top from Weekend Offender, and a Luke 1977 sweatshirt for my brother. Each item was more than half price, and I will be keeping my eyes open for more deals in the coming days.

Next up on the bargain front is Chi Chi London, who do some of the most beautiful dresses around. I took advantage of a deal which gave you 30% off the whole site wide, and this included clothes already discounted in the current sales. I got a dress that was originally £65 for £21 with sales discount and then a further 30% off. This is an incredible saving that is perfect if you are looking for a present for someone else, or a party dress for yourself.

ASOS Bargains

ASOS always has a great sales section, but at the moment it is also hosting a seasonal discount on ‘Winter Wins’. I got a fabulously slouchy jumper with a twist back from the Boohoo section for just £10.50. I can’t wait to wear it.
