Fashion and sport were perfectly fused last week for the launch of the Aegon Classic’s first tennis ladies day, held in Birmingham’s beautiful Hotel Du Vin. A mixture of bloggers, stylish ladies and gents, and sporty professionals were invited to hear all about the event, which promises to be a new highlight on Birmingham’s fashion and sports calendar.  There was a chat about the links between sport and fashion by Muireen Carey-Campbell  from the blog Bangs and a Bun, whilst Claudia Santillo and Benjamin from the Benjamin Ryan salon were on hand to demonstrate the sports  influence on this season’s hair styles.
