January Outfit Post – Part 2
As promised, here is part two of my outfit post for January. This one features some of the sale bargains I found this month, including the final pieces which cost a grand total of £16 from Topshop. I’ve already worn the jumper on a couple of occasions, and I know the skirt will be a wardrobe favourite as I have it in a couple of different colours and basically wear them to death. I’m thinking of teaming it with a black jumper for the rest of the Winter, and then a cream cami and strappy sandals once Summer comes. The best sort of wardrobe buys are ones which are versatile…

Discovering new design with Carnet de Mode
A few weeks ago I discovered the wonderful world of Carnet de Mode, and the host of new design ideas and talented designers it was now giving a virtual catwalk too. I blogged about the concept on this site (you can read that post here) and how I believed it was a truly great idea that was a way of supporting fledgling designers who were not always in a position to host their own catwalk collections, or even their own websites, but still had great new products to introduce to the world.I also loved the idea that fashionista’s and consumers could show their support for new design by getting involved…
