My sister once had a theory that your favourite time of year related to the season you were born in. She has always loved Winter, despite the cold weather and short days, and was born on a very cold January day. I, on the other hand, just love a sun drenched summer, full of long hot days. Summer barbecues, days at the beach, lots of time in the garden, all of these are amongst my favourite things.
