Arran Sense Of Scotland Release Escape to Paradise

When one of your favourite brands releases a new fragrance, that is a time to celebrate. When that brand is Arran Sense of Scotland, and the new fragrance is their first in ten years, then this is a real red letter day. Inspired by the tranquil, sun-soaked shores of Kildonan in the south of the Isle of Arran, Escape to Paradise is described as

Heaven Scent – “Sweet and delicate violet warmed with the glow of velvety orris.

It is also completely perfect for now, as we enjoy the last hoorah of Summer before the days start to recede and the sun fade. As Arran explain:-

ARRAN Sense of Scotland aims to encapsulate the undisturbed cove basking in the late, summer sun – with notes of violet, pea, Lily of the Valley, cedar, orris, ambrette and Cashmirwood.

The range has four key products, shower gel, hand wash, hand cream and a boxed, saddle soap, with prices starting at just £6.50, which is certainly affordable for a slice of luxury. There are plans to expand the range at a later date, so we may yet get a fragrance like my own personal Arran Sense of Scotland favourite, After the Rain. (Fingers crossed, I genuinely think this would become the Summer Fragrance.)
