Have a look at what Ellos have to offer.
As a long-time fan of La Redoute, I must admit to being a little bit ignorant when details of Ellos dropped into the inbox. I didn’t know that La Redoute had a sister, so I was really eager to take a look at what sort of things were on offer. What I found is a company that is Sweden’s number one mail-order brand with a very similar ethos to La Redoute in terms of quality and price -i.e the first is kept high even though the second is low. Browsing through the brand I made a mental wish list of a whole host of items, including trend led pieces and…

Christmas shopping wrapped up – Ted Baker.
With the days to Christmas just flying by, I’m here with a few more shopping gems that any fashionista would be so pleased to find in their Christmas stocking. This time the focus is on Ted Baker, who have outdone themselves with a great accessory range that includes laptop bags, purses and cute clutch bags. These are items that will make great gifts for sisters, friends and yummy mummy’s, although I have my eye on the laptop bag. And for fans of the Wizard of Oz, there are the most beautiful pair of shoes that Dorothy would probably have killed 10 wicked witches to get too. So add these little…

Pearl Lowe’s latest drop for Peacocks
With echoes of vintage Hollywood glamour, and the usual attention to flattering the figure, Pearl Lowe’s latest drop for Peacocks, which arrived this week, is her best yet. Modelled by daughter Daisy, this collection is choked full of elegant evening dresses and beautiful party dresses that make it perfect for the festive season. There are full length dresses that have a real 1930s feel, and then 50s silhouettes in red lace and black velvet. I absolutely love all of these dresses, but particularly have my eye on the black velvet 50s gown with the crochet style back. Pearl says of the collection;- “My Christmas collection is inspired by my favourite…

A supermarket sweep around Dressrail
The Push Pr press day held many pleasant surprises in terms of new brands and collections that were full of must have items. But one of the biggest surprises was my introduction to Dressrail. Dressrail is an affordable fashion gem. With the tagline Love it.Click it.Wear it, Dressrail is producing a fascinating range of stylish daywear, gorgeous evening wear and amazing accessories at unbelievably low prices. At the Press day I was really impressed by the great sequined dresses that were fully lined and heavily embellished, yet cost less than £30. This encouraged me to take a further look at the Dressrail website where I fell in love with primly…

Pure Collection – Cashmere Heaven.
The unfortunate thing about the weather turning decidedly chillier is my aversion to coats. I love them, but don’t particularly like wearing them, I rush about far too much, then feel hot and sticky and end up carrying them in all weathers. But with a two year old that would be happy to live in the park or garden, there wasn’t much hope of avoiding that wrapped up feeling…until I was contacted by Pure Collection. For those unaware of the brand, Pure Collection produce some of the most stylish, covetable Cashmere items on the market. These are super luxury items, but keying into the trends in terms of colour, shape…
