Christmas Gift Guide with Kids in Mind
Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat, but as good as the festive season is (and you can certainly call me Mrs Christmas if you want because it totally fits) the one thing that is totally guaranteed is that the kids will get bored at some time or another over the Christmas period. So this gift guide is dedicated to ideas for kids that will ensure you get some time to enjoy Christmas in peace too.
First up it’s film time. Warner Bros. has the ultimate selection of festive favourites to get the whole family in the Christmas spirit. One of the most popular choices in my house is Scooby Doo! so a special Christmas edit of 6 DVDs in a Christmas Collection would be a very popular and amusing gift.
Next up is a micro scooter. Christmas is the perfect time to enjoy some fresh air on all those new bikes and scooters, and a micro scooter is one of the best. This year is promising to be one of the mildest ever, so let’s get some rosy cheeks and balance out all the bad food and endless advent calendars with some exercise.
What about a bit of music? Sure this will disturb the peace and quiet, but I’ve had to get one for my boy after he spent an age playing on it in Birmingham. Adults can also use it to recreate that favourite scene from ‘Big’ when the drinks have flowed on New Year’s Eve.
Finally, Lego is a total no-brainer. It takes ages to put together, and so provides hours of entertainment and occupation. Of course, the only problem occurs if you have to put it together.
Hours of fun for the kids, Christmas totally sorted – not a dull minute to be had!

Great choices here! Every one a classic. Can’t beat a bit of Scooby Doo.
