Know Your Skin Type

There are five main skin types – normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive. Each one requires a specific type of skincare to thrive.
For example, if you have dry skin, you’ll want to find skincare products that add moisture. If you have oily skin, go for mattifying products.
Those of you with sensitive skin will need to take extra caution with everything. Sensitive skin can react to certain skincare ingredients or environmental factors, leading to itchiness, redness, and dryness.
Your body is around 60% water, so staying hydrated is important. Dehydration can wreak havoc on your skin, causing it to look wrinkled and dry and potentially leading to redness and inflammation.
Part of your skincare routine should involve drinking enough water to keep your body well-hydrated. You can also use hydrating skincare products, such as face and body moisturizers, to further hydrate your skin.
Protect Your Skin From the Sun

Managing your stress is, therefore, essential if you want to maintain great skin health. Deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, and getting enough sleep each night are great ways to reduce stress and improve your skin health.
