It’s official, I am Peri Menopausal and boy do I hate it! How Am I finding it?

I’ve been using this for the last week and find it easy to incorporate into my day. It can be drank straight from the sachet, or added to water, so is not a chore, and is already starting to show an effect, the skin has looked brighter and felt softer in the last couple of days.
