When I think about House of Fraser, a great place to buy quality children’s clothes isn’t the image that immediately springs to mind. A fabulous beauty hall – yes. One of my favourite clothing collections from Biba – definitely. Lovely and unusual items for the home – absolutely. But kids clothing for Joe, not at all.
