I was very excited to be invited to a preview of the upcoming Autumn/Winter collection for High Street favourite Wallis. Wallis is always a brand I look forward to seeing, and in recent years that have produced some excellent collections that have been full of classic design, but with a twist. After the gorgeous 1950s printed Summer dresses, Wallis are again raiding their vast archives to bring vintage chic to the High Street. This time they have looked to two very different eras in terms of style, the 1920s and the 1960s. I absolutely adore the 1920s collection which just screams GLAMOUR. The 1920s era encapsulates decadent vintage glamour. Wallis has taken inspiration from the Jazz Age for its 1920s evening dress collection.
