Ideas for Mother’s Day gifts from Snapfish

I was given the chance to review some of the services that Snapfish provides. Everyone associates Snapfish with their photography service, but they offer so much more than merely prints. One of the hero products that Snapfish does so well is their hardback photo books, and I decided to review one of these.

Photo Books

Snapfish does a range of Photo books in many different sizes, from 7×5 flipbooks that are a great handbag size, to large and glossy landscape books that are the newest form of photo album. I opted to produce a special book for my dad featuring all my favourite pictures of him with Joe, his treasured grandson. I opted to do this using the pre-made photo book option, which resizes and places all your images into a book. You can also do this manually, adding pictures from all your different albums that you have uploaded.

I was so impressed with the quality of the photograph book. The hardback cover was glossy and the colours were beautifully bright and vibrant. Inside images of all different sizes had been carefully grouped throughout the book with white and black borders creating a really striking effect. The inclusion of a blank page at the front of the book is perfect if you want to write a personal message – maybe this is a birthday present or something special for Mother’s or Father’s day.

Photo Collage Prints

Another fabulous gift idea is the collage print. This enables you to put together some of your favourite images in a format perfect for framing. Collage prints can also be turned into mugs, mouse mats and even posters. I put a collage print together for my mom, containing some of her favourite images. Notebooks

The final product that I reviewed was a personalised notebook. I think this is a brilliant gift idea for so many occasions and different people – students going off to college or University, children who just love to write, an aide memoir for daddy, mommy, literally everyone. The prices start at £5.99, which I think is a great bargain for a totally unique gift.

All in all, I think Snapfish is a brilliant option when it comes to choosing affordable yet personal gifts. It should definitely be a site you consider when thinking of Mother’s Day, and currently has free delivery on all orders over £20.
