A holiday wardrobe for Joe
In just three weeks time I will be getting really excited, and probably very flustered and panicked, as we make the final touches to our holiday packing. There is always that last minute fluster, have we got everything? Are we taking too many, or not enough clothes for two weeks? Will Joe, once again, wear every single thing in his case thanks to the devil that is melting ice cream? The answer is more than likely yes to all questions, but at least with Joe’s stuff the packing is easier to begin with as he will literally live in shorts and t-shirts for the whole of the two weeks.
I love good quality children’s clothing, it washes better and lasts longer, and for holidays, when there is excessive amounts of suncream, ice cream, sea and sand and countless other things that can literally wreck kids clothing, I think it is even more important that the stuff you choose will last longer than the two weeks you spend on your jollies. That is why this year I have chosen pieces from the House of Fraser kids department – shorts and t-shirts, a few short sleeved shirts for special nights, and, of course, swimwear.
House of Fraser has a really great kids offering that has increased in recent times, and I was well impressed with the pieces I reviewed earlier in the year (you can check out that review here), so it made sense to go back and choose some more stylish togs for my boy.
Here are a few of the bits that caught my eye.
Are you planning on going anywhere special this summer? What are your summer wardrobe essentials for you, or your child?

Great selection here, I have 2 nieces, and they usually prefer to wear vests and shorts. I never thought to go to House of Fraser to buy kids clothes, never knew they had a kids department 🙂

Olive the checked shirt and the Hugo boss shorts my little boy would look so cute in them.
