The dresses worn by Kate, Duchess of Cambridge are continuing to make news and create mass excitement. Today it was revealed that the Sarah Burton wedding dress will go on display at Buckingham Palace during its Summer opening, From the 23rd July, visitors will be able to view the fabulous dress and accessories during visits to the state rooms. Meanwhile High Street store BHS have unveiled their version of the Royal wedding dress, along with a copy of the now infamous dress worn by Pippa Middleton. Enjoy a Vintage feast at Pavillions.
If, like Fashion-Mommy, you are a bit of a vintage magpie, then I have some dates for your diary. On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June, vintage is coming to the Pavillions, Birmingham. The fabulous City Centre destination will be hosting a vintage Fair that weekend, playing host to 60 stores that will be selling a whole host of items, from craft to couture, designer finds to real vintage bargains. The event will take place from 9.30am until 6.00pm on the Saturday, and 11.00am until 5.00pm on the Sunday, and entrance is absolutely FREE. Almost a week after she walked down the aisle in that stunning McQueen dress, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge was spotted out and about on the Isle of Anglesey doing her food shop in the local branch of Waitrose. Kate looked casual but smart, showing that despite claims that the Queen had said that Kate should now avoid the skinny jeans, Kate is going to do no such thing.
