Enjoy a Vintage feast at Pavillions.

If, like Fashion-Mommy, you are a bit of a vintage magpie, then I have some dates for your diary. On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June, vintage is  coming to the Pavillions, Birmingham. The fabulous City Centre destination will be hosting a vintage Fair that weekend, playing host to 60 stores that will be selling a  whole host of items, from craft to couture, designer finds to real vintage bargains.

The event will take place from 9.30am until 6.00pm on the Saturday, and 11.00am until 5.00pm on the Sunday, and entrance is absolutely FREE. I think this is a fabulous idea and love the Vargas style posters that are being used to advertise the event.

The great thing about this day is that you can browse at the vintage gems, and can then buy something from the great range of Pavillions stores to go with it. Why not browse around Hobbs, Monsoon, LK Bennett and Evans whilst you’re there. Here are a few picks from those stores with a real vintage feel.

Monsoon

I love the Halston 1970s style Osprey dress. Buy this and search for a glittering vintage clutch bag from the fair.

Hobbs

I think the Alice dress is the perfect dress for a summer wedding. Search the vintage fair for a red 1950s box bag, vintage pearls and cute red shoes.

LK Bennett

I love this Black Swan style Tulle skirt. Search out vintage style fluffy Angora sweaters and original black ballet pumps for a pretty retro look.

Evans

Embrace late 1960s Hippy trends at Evans in this fab tunic style top, Search out vintage scarves, beads and bangles at the vintage fair to complete this ‘Age of Aquarius’ look.

Sharing is caring!

Welcome to the world of fashion-mommy, a world of fashion, lifestyle, theatre and fun. Enjoy the ride.
