January is proving to be a really stylish month, with celeb trendsetters setting fashion on fire with an whole series of covetable looks, from the cool and casual to the full on red carpet looks. This month has seen fantastic looks at Sundance from Kate Bosworth, and with Paris Couture week now attracting the likes of Cameron Diaz and the always impeccable Diane Kruger, it seems that 2012 is looking like a true vintage style year. Here are some more of the looks making the grade in January.
Cameron Diaz has made a glorious return to the fashion front, wearing this beautiful 1950s style polka dot prom dress whilst sitting front row at Dior. I love monochrome, and polka dots, so this is just a perfect dress in my eyes – feminine, flattering and very wearable.

Olivia Palerno is always a masterclass in Front Row styling. At Christian Dior my eyes were drawn to the fabulous clutch bag she was using, in a fabulous shade of turqouise. A splash of colour can turn the most simple outfit into a showstopper, so use shoes, bags and scarves in bright shades to jazz up your black and white.

Yet more black and white makes an appearance courtesy of Diane Kruger. I love this look which has a springlike feel to it. Every girl needs a failsafe black and white dress in her wardrobe, and something stretchy like this dress is just so easy to wear and will cover a multitude of occasions.

There is only one thing to say about Kate Bosworth in this Antonio Berardi dress – red hot! Some say that you should avoid matchy-matchy styling, but Kate looks fabulous in her red dress/red lips/red shoes combination due to her lack of accessories.

One young starlet who is definitely one to watch is Emma Roberts. Emma would be my choice for the role of young Carrie Bradshaw in The Carrie Diaries and I love how she mixes High Street and designer labels. I think she looked great at Sundance wearing a stretchy floral dress from Topshop.

But it’s not just Hollywood A-listers who know the value of the High Street. My favourite TOWIE beauty Lydia has again been raiding the rails at Miss Selfridge, this time for a gorgeous red Drummer girl coat. The good news is that it is still available, and has now been reduced to a bargain £50.
