Next shoes ‘point’ the way this season
This season, it seems it may be time to turn your back on those cute, round toed shoes. Safe and pretty they may be, but this season it seems the emphasis is on making a point. Pointed toes with a dangerous and sexy edge are making their presence felt, and whether you opt for flats, skyscraper or kitten heels, or even a wedge, it seems your toes have to be coming to a point.
Next have recently launched ‘The Shoe Room’ on their fabulous website, and have a whole section dedicated to points. Taking a look at The Shoe Room is a bit like walking into the Haribo factory if you have a sweetie fetish, you are quite literally spoiled for choice when you try to choose just one pair. (I dare you to try.)
There are animal print designs (my current wish list fave.), metallics of all shades, snake effect boots, hot pink suede, floral print courts, glittery flats..I could literally go on and on. The range is wide, the quality is great, and the prices are the usual Next value. ‘The Shoe Room’ is certainly one place I wouldn’t mind being stranded in overnight (topical note there for the man stranded in Waterstones.). Imagine having a Carrie Bradshaw moment with all those shoes…
These are some of the shoes that I would personally love to be unwrapping on December 25th this year, I’d love to know if you have a particular favourite pair. Maybe you don’t do pointed toes at all? Would love to know your thoughts.

Great choices, love the court shoes, the floral and Two Part Mid Heel Court Shoes, but I have my eye on the Chelsea Block Point Boots, I was in Next and did not spot those, off to look.
