Olivia Rubin for Dorothy Perkins sneak preview
The first collection gathered a celebrity following – Una Healy was widely photographed wearing a range of pieces from the range, and now I can bring you a sneak preview of the second collection from Olivia Rubin for Dorothy Perkins. And, in my humble opinion, I think this collection is even better than the first.
There are just so many great things I can say about this collection. I love the fact that Olivia has added very pretty knitwear to the mix, the sort of 1950s style jumpers that look great with pencil skirts or black skinny jeans. I love the way classic Dorothy Perkins styles have been given the Olivia Rubin print treatment, such as the nude dress that Lydia Bright wore last season, which has now been reimagined in soft grey, and fabulous monochrome. And I love the lock and key motifs that are frankly just too pretty to be anything other than adorable. There is just so much to love about this collection.
One of the total highlights of this collectionis the addition of footwear. From electric blue killer heels, to the most gorgeous printed slippers, this is a gorgeous collection that is just full of lust haves. The studded slipper style flats alone are enough to break the bank for, but the Olivia Rubin collection is surprisingly affordable.
The collection is not in stores yet, so whilst you are waiting, I’ve selected a few of my favourite pieces that are available right now.
