Real Office Cleaning Tips For Your Summer Clean
When it comes to our homes, we take our cleaning very seriously. We are obsessed with Mrs Hinch, aka Sophie Hinchcliffe, who has become an Instagram sensation due to her cleaning hacks. We are becoming more eco friendly in our choice of cleaning products, and with cute ranges of cleaning utensils, humble cleaning has become almost trendy. We all know how to clean carpets and other essentials with no problems at all.
But can the same be said for our workplace?
The answer is probably not, particularly if we work in an office, or have an home office. I mean, have you ever seen the amount of dirt and grime that accumulates on your average laptop screen, or on your keyboard? Computer keyboards and TV remotes can accumulate dust, food crumbs and even bacteria from when we cough and sneeze, to name just a few! They can be tricky to clean, but try tipping them upside down and giving them a shake to remove any loose residue, then use antibacterial wipes to clean the parts you can see, as well as sanitised cotton buds to clean in between the keys.
Real Cleaning have created a new asset which gives you lots of useful tips for cleaning these often forgotten items and making your office a much more hygenic environment. It does not matter if you want to go down a DIY route, use more industrial products, or work in a larger office that requires a professional deep clean, your work place will be a lot more pleasant, healthy and safer place to work if it is clean.
I have picked out a few of my favourite office cleaning hacks from the Real Cleaning guide, and featured these below. They show the importance of cleaning those things that can sometimes be forgotten (for instance, you have to do more than wipe your whiteboard).
Follow these quick and easy tips and the whole office will spoon be gleaming. Mrs Hinch, eat your heart out!
