Stocking Fillers from Tegen Hair Accessories
You may be just getting those last few Christmas presents, or may be only just starting and already fretting over what to buy, so I am going to be spending the next week pointing you in the direction of some gift ideas, and I’m starting with some beautiful hair accessories from Tegen Accessories. Tegen stock a wonderful range of hair accessories, including barettes, hair claws, combs and bobbles, many of which have been handcrafted in France. The collection is beautiful, and contains many items that would make wonderful stocking fillers, particularly for those who love to dress their crowning glory.
I was sent some beautiful pieces from Tegen which show the diversity of the range and how the pieces would work from day to night. One of my favourite pieces is the Rosie Fox Turquoise Circles Beak Clip which is super pretty and covered in sparkling crystals. This can be used when your hair is left loose – it is strong enough to keep your hair in place, although for a neater look it may be better to wear this over an elastic band.
The looped pelican clip is another stylish piece that is great for long hair. I used it to hold my hair in a ponytail with an attractive flourish, but this is strong enough to hold up all the hair in a French twist. I have the blue mottled version and have to say that it is a very pretty design, which works well for every day wear.
Tegen is not just about large hair accessories, it also stocks smaller pieces too. One such piece is the exquisitely jewelled Rosie Fox blue crown brooch that also doubles as a hair clip. This is really special piece, it would look fabulous on a denim jacket, but could also be used as an evening piece holding back a fringe.
The Oh La La collection from Tegen is all French made, using resin, which is so much stronger than its plastic counterparts and so should last so much longer. The Florilie hair claw is a modern looking piece that comes in a range of designs, including a rather fabulous Prada design that is perfect for someone who loves their designer pieces.
All Tegen Accessories come in a gorgeous hot pink gift bag, meaning that you don’t even need to gift wrap them, they are ready to present to family or friends as a wonderful, girly gift.
