Selfridges Birmingham enjoy Big Beauty Bang
Thursday night saw Selfridges Birmingham in party mood as it started a Summer celebration of all things British with the Big Beauty Bang. This was a night dedicated to all things pampering as make-overs, champagne and goodie bags dominated the proceedings. The atmosphere was a little bit carnival (think hoola hooping Cabaret ladies), a little bit fairground (the most amazing grabbing machine…more later) and very, very British – Union Jack Pommery Champagne anyone? In November, I was lucky enough to be treated to a very special makeover by Giorgio Armani cosmetics. The genius behind my makeover was Cesar Santos, Armani’s international face designer. It was a foregone conclusion what my answer would be when I received an email asking whether I would like to experience a Giorgio Armani make-up masterclass with their international face designer Cesar Santos.
