Boohoo launch Plus size range!
As a lady who can easily wear anything from a size 16 to a size 20, it is always a thrill and a pleasure when a new range that caters for plus sizes is launched. It is really surprising that there are still so many ranges that stop at size 14, or stock, the smallest size 16s imaginable. Fast fashion brands are often the worst offenders for not having diversity in their sizes, meaning that many young girls are basically opted out of this affordable market – their sizes are simply not available.
With all this in mind, I was really excited yesterday when I received an email to say that Boohoo.com was launching their plus size range this week, and I was really pleased when I saw the pieces. To put it simply, it is a great range. There are certainly pieces I would wear. Lace tops with sleeves, slinky pencil skirts, faux wrap dresses and midi length dresses are all staples that I would be happy to add to my wardrobe.
For younger ladies, there are skater style dresses, slouchy t-shirts and great maxi dresses and skirts with rather sexy split details. I think this range is going to be a big success, and with prices that start from £10, this is a collection that will add lustre to your wardrobe and is affordable too.

Can I ask, if you are a size 16-20, why do you have a cartoon of a VERY skinny lady at the top of your blog?

Of course you can. The graphic is part of the wordpress template which I chose because It was pink and girly, which I really liked. It’s not meant to represent me, just something that suited a fashion blog. I don’t really feature myself that much in the blog as a general rule, and this is not really a plus size blog per Se, I just happen to be plus size myself.
Hope that helps.

How nice is the blue lacey top!!! I really like lace and am a sucker for deep blues
There are some really nice items in this selection – I particularly like the blue top as mentioned, both skater dresses ( a theme there ) and the cowl front top
Very nice
