Style Birmingham Live – A huge Success
Last weekend saw what was, quite possibly, the greatest Style Birmingham Live ever. This really was an event that had it all. The weekend started with a bang with a champagne reception and hair treats from the Francesco Group. This was followed by an amazing spectacle of fashion from the cream of Birmingham retailers, from House of Fraser and the Bullring, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, with good old M&S thrown in for good measure. It is no secret that I love to sample a good afternoon tea. I could quite frankly live on scones and clotted cream, macaroons and copious amounts of strong tea. It’s back! The most glamorous fashion show on Birmingham’s social calender takes place on the 10th September. in the cool confines of the Old Post Office in The Mailbox. I was invited to a special event this week that had me super excited. Harvey Nichols fashion surpremo Paula Reed was heading to Birmingham! Specially invited guests were invited to hear her thoughts on the new season collections. As a huge fan of Paula and her impeccable style, this was one event that I could not miss. Harvey Nichols Birmingham Spring Fashion Show
The Harvey Nichols seasonal fashion shows have always been an unmissable spectacle, but this year the bar was raised in spectacular fashion. Using the industrial space that was once the Old Post Office in Birmingham‘s magnificent Mailbox complex, this show showcased the best of this season’s hot style offerings.
