Do you remember the days before posh coffee? The days when you just put your instant Nescafe in a cup and added milk and water? It is really hard to believe that there was a time when coffee wasn’t about baristas, Lavazza Coffee beans,mocha-chinos and flat whites, adding Monin syrups in caramel or vanilla flavour, waiting for the Christmas cups and generally spending your time in Starbucks and Costa. These days coffee is not just a drinnk, it is a world of coffee roasters, it is a world of blends, a real passion, and I am totally guilty of being as obsessed as the next person, with a caramel cortado, my drink of choice.
