Evans New season – My Key Picks
After the loveliest weather you could wish for this early in the year, it really does seem like Spring has sprung. So it seems like the perfect time to start to look at all the new season drops that are hitting stores and websites right now. First up I’m going to turn my attention to Evans, which has launched its new catalogue this weekend.
This newest collection is full of lovely colours, spring-like prints and some really stylish accessories that are sure to please Evans fans and new customers alike. There are still lots of the over-the-top bright pieces from the ‘Cut for Evans’ collection that has certainly divided opinion this season (with many of the younger ‘fatshionista’s loving it, and older Evans fans not so sure), whilst the Scarlett and Jo range continues to go from strength to strength with its fashionable and feminine range of dresses. (You can read my last Scarlett and Jo review here.)
So what are my key pieces? Well, for starters, I love the long length sleeveless shirts in bright jewel shades. These have a slight ‘tails’ feel to them and i love the idea of wearing them with a tuxedo style jacket, with those tails hanging out. Another fave is the anchor print. I always love nautical styles in Spring, and this is a really subtle print that really appeals to me. There are some fantastic ballerina pumps, some with stripes, some with snake-skin, and, of course, lots of different colour ways.
All in all, a really great new collection. What do you think?

Nice collection. Wasn’t overly impressed with the cut for Evans pieces, but this is full of nice stuff.
