Gorgeous Summer weddings
I love a summer wedding, there is nothing as romantic or pretty in my view as a summer bride. Summer 2015 has seen brides of the celebrity variety in abundance. Declan Donelly married his manager Ali Astall, Film Director Guy Ritchie married his long time partner, the model Jacqui Ainsley, whilst Beatrice Borromeo won the award for most wedding dresses when she married Pierre Casiraghi and become a Monagasque Royal.
Each lady chose a very different style for her special day. Beatrice wore 4 different gowns for the official ceremonies and blessings, but my favourite was the soft pink Valentino gown that was both unusual and exquisite in its romance. Pink is not an obvious choice for the bride, usually more associated with bridesmaids, but it is just gorgeous, and it would be hard to find a prettier look.

Ali Astall
Ali’s look was stunning in its simplicity, it reminds me of a longer version of the gown Audrey Hepburn wears when she marries Fred Astaire in Funny Face. This dress is divine elegance and is totally timeless – no embarrassing photographs for Ali.

Jacqui Ainsley
Jacqui’s wedding had a boho, hippy vibe, she could be Bathesheba Everard in these images. I love the loose hair and fresh flower garland she wore for the photographs after the wedding, and imagine this a dress to be slightly tinged with grass stains from dancing in the meadow the whole night through.
