Jewellery Trends For 2023 With Jeulia
When we start to embrace Spring with our wardrobes, we also find ourselves doing this with our jewellery and accessories too. Even though jewellery is not linked to seasons, we do seem to wear more glitzy, diamante inspired pieces in Winter, especially around the Christmas period, and then opt for lighter, prettier pieces once the weather starts to change – these pieces just suit our clothing choices better.
With March 1st being tomorrow, and so, for me, the start of Spring, now seems to be a good time to look at some new Spring jewellery pieces from jewel experts Jeulia.
Let’s start with some earrings.
Jacket Earrings
A jacket earring is a stud style earring with a twist. The jacket is designed to wrap around your stud earrings and lend added sparkle and beauty, this may be at the back of your front lobe, or it could be added to the front. Some jackets are removable, allowing you to wear the stud by itself, giving you two looks for the price of one.
The jacket earrings from Jeulia this season are real statement pieces, often giving the appearance of multiple piercings (but without the multiple pain), and combining diamante stones with pearls and other gemstones and metals. They are suprisingly comfortable to wear, and can be worn every day, to add a little sparkle to every outfit. These would make a great gift for Mother’s Day for a mom who loves to sparkle.
Dainty pendants and necklaces
Jeulia’s jewelry necklaces for the Spring are taking the dainty elegant route. These are chains and pendants that can be worn by anyone of any age, and they are small and discreet enough that they will work for work and school, and for daytime and evening looks.
There are flower designs, and intricate links, there are cute ice cream cones, and beautiful butterflies. The chains can be varied in length, so you could wear them layered for a boho style look. There are also options for personalisation on some of the pendents, making them perfect for a birthday, or Mother’s Day gift idea.
Big doesn’t always mean beautiful, and these petite pendants and necklaces absolutely prove this 100%.
Simple Wedding Bands
Of course, we can’t talk about jewellery trends without at least a nod to wedding season. This season, the trend is moving away from ostentatious wedding rings, and is instead moving towards the simple wedding ring. A plain band has a look of elegance, and will match well if you decide to layer your rings, whilst if you do opt for stones, they should be small and discreet, just adding a touch of elegant sparkle, rather than Dynasty glitz. Sterling silver is an affordable, and very pretty alternative to gold, and should definitely be considered as an option when choosing a ring.
