Kiniki – Perfect pieces for a half term getaway
With half term almost upon us (yes, it really has fled that quickly) many families are looking at a late getaway to grab a little bit of sun. With the nights starting to draw in, and lower temperatures promised by the end of the week, the image of relaxing around a swimming pool catching some warm rays is a very tempting one, especially with our summer suntan already faded.
If you are one of the lucky ones planning a getaway this October, you should take a look at Kiniki, and its fabulous range of tan-through swimwear and beach cover-ups. I’m a huge fan of tan-through costumes because I truly believe there is nothing more unattractive than tan-lines. So many swimsuits look fabulous, but due to scoop backs, straps and the strange cut-out details, we often end up with the strangest of suntans that then looks frankly ridiculous when we put our normal clothes on. Some of the most beautiful women in the world have shown just how bad those tan lines can look.
Kiniki offers you an alternative to the tan line. Their range of swimwear comes in a range of gorgeous colours and patterns to suit all tastes, and others lots of different designs that will flatter most body shapes. (They have swimming costumes, bikini’s and tankini’s and go up to a size 20, so a really good selection.) The range is fashion forward, with some amazing animal print pieces, tropical colours and even Versace style 1980s prints for the glamorous Miami look. All this, and the swimwear is all made in Britain too, making this a great home-grown company.
Kiniki’s tan-through pieces are not just a great way to get an even, all over tan, they also dry much quicker than your normal swimwear, great if, like me, you like to keep jumping in the pool as a way of keeping cool in the heat. The swimwear are made from super, lightweight fabric which dries quickly, keeps you cool and almost feels like a second skin, making it your perfect swimwear of choice.
Kiniki also offer a range of tan through beach cover-ups that range from sarongs and ponchos, to tunic and beach dresses, these perfectly co-ordinate with the swimwear to create a very polished poolside look.
Kiniki is currently hosting a mega sale which means that even if you are not lucky enough to be getting away this half-term, it is definitely worth grabbing a bargain for next year’s holiday.
