Light Up Your Outdoor Space With lights4fun
When Summer strikes we find ourselves using our gardens more than ever. They become an extension of our homes, a place for both relaxing and entertaining, and their usage extends from warm mornings drinking our coffee in the sun, to dusky evenings made for barbecues and entertaining. To extend the use of our gardens, we need to make sure we have the best lighting to make our outdoor spaces illuminated and inviting. This may be through fence lighting, table lanterns, fairy style lights, or through simple staked solar garden lights that work with the help of the sun. You can find all these, and more, at lights4fun.
If you love supporting UK business, then lights4fun is a company that is right up your street. They are a decorative lighting business based in Yorkshire that was launched in 2003 and now offers a vast range of brilliant quality lighting, which comes with a two year guarantee. They are dedicated to helping you transform your home through the use of lighting, and say:-
For us it’s more than just the lights, it’s the feeling and the opportunity to transform any space.
I have been test driving some of their garden solar lights and have to say that they are brilliant on so many levels. For a start, the delivery is really quick – they arrived within a couple of days of being ordered, which is great if these are the finishing touches to your garden. Once they arrive (securely packaged to ensure there are no breakages on route), they are so easy to set up, it is as easy as removing the solar plastic covering and placing the panels towards the sun in order to charge the light. That’s it. That’s the set up.
The stake lights that I chose were the Marrakesh Moroccan Solar Stake Lights. These have a real Moroccan feel and are super attractive. They are easy to add to any large planter or bedding plant area, and look really lovely once lit. These come in a set of 4, so you could add these to one pot, as in the image below, but I have placed these around my garden, each in an individual planter.

To match the solar stake lights, I also opted for a pair of Moroccan style lanterns, as we have both a large and small garden table. The Fes Moroccan Solar Lantern Duo are perfect for a table space, especially if you are using your garden for entertaining, as they throw out a lot of light, whilst also looking wonderful.

Finally, to really illuminate a larger area of the garden, fence lights are a must. Festoon lights are joined together by a cable similar to Christmas tree lights, but they also work in the same way as other solar lights in that they have a solar panel that can be staked in a pot in order to charge. The 20 Warm White Vintage Style Solar Festoon Lights give off a lovely warm white light, and are easy to drape across a fence, wall or trellising in order to give you a real quality light. The vintage look is attractive, and these lights really help to ‘dress’ your garden, perfect for those Summer barbecues.
