Summer is sorted with High Street Outlet
I am continuing my series of reviews of the great pieces you can pick up online at High Street Outlet by featuring a dress that is a perfect summer holiday dress. The Santiago maxi dress was originally a White Stuff piece, and because of the use of cotton, and the tropical halter neck, it is definitely a piece that I will be folding neatly into my holiday suitcase in a few weeks time.
The picture above is just one of the reasons I chose this dress – just how amazing does it look worn casually with flip flops and hippy style beads? I knew this was a dress that could have a double purpose in my suitcase – taking me easily from daytime sightseeing and lunch at a beachside cafe, to the evening at the bar with a slightly dressier sandal, and clutch bag.

The dress is halter neck, but this is adjustable so, if like me, you like a little more support in that area, this is easy to achieve. The dress has a side zip fastening and is also lined with a thin layer of cotton, which means that although this is a summer dress, it is not see-thru. I love the a-line styling and the Aztec style print.

The dress has white, pink, teal and red running through it, which means it would be easy to team this with a host of colours. I wore this with tan sandals from Tods and a pair of Guess sunglasses for this review, and I think this is how I will style it when I wear it on holiday too.
