Every summer it seems I succumb to the same fashion obsession. I fall in love with every straw basket or bag I set my eyes on. I buy at least one new one per year, and then use them until they inevitably fall apart. Menorca is a really fabulous place to find them, with natural, simple designs taking their place amongst the coloured straw and more elaborately embellished ones.
