January Outfit Post #WIWT
My hatred for the month of January knows no bounds. It is always a cold month, and following on from all the brightness and sparkle of December, it would be hard to it to shine. No-one seems to have any money, there’s not a lot going on, and to top it all, some of the most amazing people seem to choose this month to bow out, with David Bowie, Alan Rickman, Dolores O’Riorden and my football hero Cyrille Regis all dying in this most depressing of months. Yes, January is horrible.
Janaury’s outfit post is a mixture of old favourites, charity shop finds and sales bargains. The end of sales can be a bit of a mess, but can also yield real bargains, and many websites still have extensive sales sections where you can grab a great bargain with up to 70% off. The Dorothy Perkins floral blouse and River Island white lace top were both fab sales pieces that I know I will wear again and again, whilst the black sequin dress which I wore for my sister’s birthday was a £10 bargain from Peacocks, a classic look that I can wear for parties for years to come.
I discovered a great new online store this month. LOTD (Look of the Day) is chocked full with wearable pieces that are super affordable. I love my black boots and the mustard coloured jumper is just so versatile – and that colour is a wow!

I’m loving you the most in your red socks! They are gentle to your gentle face. 🙂 Besides, I am a fan of them myself. 🙂
