It will soon be drawing to a close, with just one week left for those requiring their X Factor fix. Kate shines in Mulberry at Palace Bash
This week saw another appearance from the Duchess of Cambridge, this time meeting the press at a Buckingham Palace engagement hosted by The Queen. Kate plumped to wear a beautiful jade green dress from iconic British label Mulberry. Kate is known to be a fan, using the Polly Push lock bag on many occasions, and recently sporting a black kilt like skirt whilst out shopping, but this is the highest profile event where she has worn their designs. The cream of the fashion glitterati turned out in force on Monday for the British fashion awards. Sarah Burton won a well deserved award for Best British Designer, with Victoria Beckham cementing her fashion status with her award for designer brand. My favourite shoe lady Charlotte Dellal won British Accessories award for her fantastic designers for Charlotte Olympia, and saw no less than Samantha Cameron sporting her red heels. X Factor catch-up.
So, the last few weeks on the X Factor have produced some interesting outfit choices. For my mind, Kelly still wins the most stylish award hands down, but Tulisa has sported some interesting and rather gorgeous looks herself, including a rather showstopping gown from Bruce Oldfield. Here is a rundown of the looks,with a few ‘get the look’ ideas. Last Saturday saw Kelly channelling an androgynous look in a Stella McCartney tuxedo and cigarette pants.
