Duchess of Cambridge arrives in Singapore

The Duchess of Cambridge has arrived in Singapore for the first leg of a Far Eastern tour, and has shown a little touch of Oriental style of her own.

Wearing a pale pink, orchid print dress in soft silk from Jenny Packham, Kate paid tribute to her hosts in a beautiful gown that had a decidedly Far Eastern feel to it. This shows that not only is Kate once again paying tribute to her hosts, but that she firmly has her finger on the pulse of fashion, as Oriental style prints are a big news story for the new season.

Swan by Clements Ribeiro for Evans featured stunning, oriental themed dresses in their latest collection, as well as Japanese style belts.

Boohoo is another store that is embracing the Oriental trends for the new season.  Kimono jackets, floral printed tops and gorgeous dresses are all featured as part of the new season collection at the online fashion giant. My favourite is the stunning Anita jacket which features a glorious print of yellow flowers – just so pretty.
