My first fashion wishlist for 2015
Before I start to talk about my first fashion wishlist for 2015 (I’m thinking of doing regular updates as the new season lines start to arrive in store) I think I need to explain that this is a wishlist – rather than a what I really need list. Confused? Well let me explain.
A recent trawl through my wardrobe has shown there are some real gaps in the clothes I own. I have nowhere near enough jeans and trousers, as proved as I have tried to grab for these for the rather cold school run, and have then discovered they are all in the wash. I really need a good pair of leather boots with a sensible heel for general day-to-day wear, rather than the very pretty suede types I tend to buy, which then fall apart at the sign of the first rain storm. A black cardigan is so practical and can be worn over everything, but I would opt for a bright red one, or sunshine yellow every time, rather than opting for what I really need. And don’t get me started on jersey tops. This morning I opted for one I have been wearing since I was pregnant with Joe…and he was 6 last month!
So this list is most definitely not what I need in my wardrobe, but it is what I am lusting over as I peruse the first of the Spring drops. Full of colour, print, impractical heels and the prettiest soft pink suede, if I happen to win the lottery this week, this is what I shall be buying.
Fingers crossed!

Totally love the Phase Eight bag & pointed flats! I’m trying to buy sensibly & only getting items I really need as opposed to just want! It takes time to build the perfect wardrobe but it’s a great challenge & so far so good! I hope I can keep it up for Spring as there are some lovely bits out there tempting me! x
