Pink Clove Black Floral Printed Wrap Dress
A wrap dress is a wardrobe staple that no respectable closet should ever be without. Suitable for wearing for work and for more dressy occasions, the wrap dress has been practical, versatile and stylish ever since the remarkable Diane Von Furstenberg first designed her eponymous printed version in the early 1970s.
Plus size range Pink Clove has made the wrap dress one of the mainstays of its collections, adding at least one new design each season. I was recently sent the gorgeous black floral printed wrap dress to review, and have to say it is one of the most comfortable and easiest dresses that I have ever worn.

Featuring an oriental style floral design in pink and blue shades on a black background, the print on this dress is both striking and pretty. The wrap style is faux, so although the skirt has a an overlapping front detail, it is not likely to come open, which can be more of a problem with traditional wrap styles. The waist is elasticated, so gives you a natural shape, whilst the attractive neckline is very flattering for those with a larger bust. Of course, the most fabulous thing about this is the stretch, the addition of 4% elastane means you can wear this out for a meal, and eat copious amounts of pudding without worrying about straining those seams.
I love how easy this dress is to wear. The stretch means it retains its shape even if you are playing on the floor with your little one, and it has the perfect sleeves for those who are not happy with the upper arm area. I love that this dress is warm too, and think it would look great with a black, or bright coloured blazer worn over it. I wore it with very simple jewellery in silver, and black shoe-boots, and felt really comfortable in this.
Pink Clove have an amazing range that is well worth checking out if you are size 16-32. The designs are stylish and fresh, and the range is really affordable too.
