Boden’s Carrie Bradshaw tribute
Boden’s new season has arrived! And this might just be me, but some of the elements seem very familiar to this massive Sex and the City fan. Many parts of the collection are a nod to the legendary style of Carrie Bradshaw, featuring bold floral prints, bows on the waistband and corsages littered throughout. The feminine, but eclectic style remains a strong image, and I think Boden have done really well in channelling all that was fabulous about Carrie’s style, but updating the image for today’s market. Take a look and see if you agree with me.

These are pieces that can add lustre to your wardrobe without breaking the bank. The new collection is another winner. Full of pretty prints like butterflies and bubbles, along with the trademark tribal designs, this is recognisably Hulanicki. One major plus point of this collection are the adorable skull printed wellies. These are just perfect for festival…

Just before Christmas I was lucky enough to be invited to my first Debenhams press preview. I’m a great fan of Debenhams, particularly loving their designer ranges, and so this was a really exciting opportunity to see what the likes of Jasper Conran, Betty Jackson, Roksanda Ilincic and Preen were going to be offering for Spring/Summer 12. So I am going to organise them into little post treats where you can find out about my favourite pieces from each collection. First up is H! by Henry Holland. I’m not usually a fan of Henry, I…
