Sizzling sales picks from M&Co

It is a well-known fact that the best time to buy yourself a dress for New Year’s Eve is in the Christmas sale. It is also a well-known fact that the January Sales we all used to love no longer exist, with the best sales bargains now all snapped up even before Santa Claus has paid that annual visit. With most delivery dates for Christmas being extended as late as the 22nd/23rd of December, you can still find yourself a perfect outfit to wear over the festive period, or even grab a last-minute Christmas present for a loved one, saving a huge amount of pennies into the bargain.

M&Co have just started their sale, and having loved the collection they unveiled for Autumn/Winter, I can honestly say I love it even more at these amazing prices. Many of the savings are more than £50, and with coats included in the sale, you can pick up pieces that will serve you all Winter long.  M&Co are also currently offering free express delivery, so there is every chance your parcel will arrive before Christmas Eve.

M&Co 25% off event – my key picks

It has been a pretty good week for fashion shoppers, especially those who are currently planning a summer holiday wardrobe. Many of the biggest stores, both online and in the High Street have used the half term break as a perfect excuse to tempt us into shopping by offering some pretty decent discounts. M&Co is just one of those stores.

The fab High Street brand is currently offering 25% off all full priced products, with the promotion hitting stores today. This is a great opportunity to grab a bargain that will fall easily into your holiday suitcase, with M&Co showing some seriously gorgeous style this summer. There are some lovely maxi dresses in cool cotton and bright and zesty colours, these are perfect for everything from beach front strolls, summer picnics and (hopefully) sun-soaked festivals. Many of the other key pieces have a folksy, festival boho vibe, with a fabulous range of kimono jackets, and floaty maxi skirts also featuring heavily.

I would also recommend you checking out the M&Co swimwear,  the polka dot frilled suit I have featured is utterly feminine, and comes in such a pretty colour.

M&Co and the perfect kids T-shirts

This blog has often featured M&Co’s great range of ladies clothes, but the High Street store is also a great place to buy good quality clothes for children. I have been buying clothes for my son Joe from M&Co since he was just a baby, they have a great range that washes well and fits nicely, so I was more than happy for Joe to test drive one of the latest range of character t-shirts that have been introduced for Spring. And with Lego Movie T-shirts amongst the multiple designs, the choice for Lego-Mad Joe was very simple.

M&Co currently have a great Lego range to tie in with the Lego movie, and Joe feel instantly in love with this t-shirt, which he said was ‘awesome’. The design is striking, with the graphic image covering the whole of the front panel of the t-shirt, then the rest of the t-shirt a bold, block blue shade.

Joe totally loved this t-shirt, deciding this was what he wanted to wear for Mother’s Day lunch, and then again for a night at the circus (you can read that review here.) Joe is five, so I opted for size 5-6years, this is quite generous and we could probably have got away with the next size down, something to bear in mind if you have a child smaller or skinnier than this age group. The t-shirt is a lovely soft cotton, with plenty of stretch around the arms and head making it easy to put it on (I hate things with tight necks that get stuck on the head…). The colours were also very bright and vibrant, it is so eye-catching that all children will just love it.
