One of my New York Fashion Week favourites, Jason Wu, unveiled his latest collection yesterday, and the collection could be summed up with a single statement ‘Oh So Pretty’. The designer, one of Michelle Obama‘s favourites, produced a collection that was gorgeously feminine, supremely elegant and totally girly – all of which is music to my ears. Full of peachy pinks and coral tones, using the wispiest of chiffons and silks, this was a collection for those who really wished to embrace the pretty side of their style personality. New York fashion week is fully into its stride, and there have been some much-anticipated collections showcased so far. The front rows have been full of fashionistas and icons including Alexa Chung, Rose McGowan, Anna Wintour and teen blogger Tavi.
